India is at the threshold of globalization and the market is saturated with the numerous international buyers wanting to have their product fabricated in the Indian market. Contrary to the past situation where the market was buyer oriented it has today become supplier oriented. This means that a lot of good factories do not entertain new clients, firstly because they normally have enough clientele to fulfil their needs and secondly because in the current state of world economy a new business needs a lot of precautions. Our research and development team which closely follows the fashion trends therein gearing us up with the latest samples and designs to offer to our clients each season. A strict follow up with the suppliers right from the stage one till the final dispatch of the shipment. As soon as we receive a request from our client for the development of a particular product, a choice of the appropriate factory is made based on the quality required and the target price requested. After the nomination of the factory the development is then forwarded and sample is requested based on the time frame of the factory. If the orders are placed then the follow ups continue till the last stages of the dispatch of the inspected shipment.

We are capable of sourcing quality materials (like leather (Only LWG tanners); OUTSOLE; ACCESSORIES and TRIMS will be arranged only from ISO certified companies only.

We have our own CAD system SHOE-MASTER VERSION 11.02 for development of new styles. Here we can send you the base of footwear patterns for your checking and get approved to cut the patterns with all necessary details which are very much important while we do pattern cutting.You will every samples from proto stage to till shipment approval.

Our Marketing and Merchandising team will keep you update for all new trend based on seasons which implementing by our Manufactures and able to negotiate the prices.

Our Production and Quality are well qualified and able to manage production issues and can be rectified in starting itself.  We have different process during production periods as below - 

• SMS and final CFM checking;
• Tooling process and approval of fitting samples from customer end only for new styles. 
• Risk assessment of style selected for bulk production.
• Checking all raw materials like leather; outsole and accessories trims etc and follow necessary points before bulk production.
• Checking all pilot production to rectifying all issues which may occurs follow of production.
• Keep all necessary depts update to avoid last minute mistakes.
• We do 100% inspection to maintain the quality of product. 
• Very important delivery must be in time.
